Resource Coordinator
Are you passionate about community development? Have a knack for administrative and analytical job tasks? Do you enjoy coaching others on how to be successful in their roles? Our Resource Coordinator position may be PERFECT for you! The Resource Coordinator is responsible for managing and expanding out-of-school time programming for Community School’s Initiative, a nationally recognized and federally funded program in Chicago.

Recess Coach
Are you passionate about youth development? Have a knack for coaching and leading activities with young people? Do you enjoy working in a school setting? Our Recess Coach position may be PERFECT for you! The Recess Coach is responsible for implementing the recess schedule for all K-8 school-age youth, expanding SEL knowledge school-wide, and being a proactive team member within their school environment. Recess schedules include but are not limited to, structured play, transitions, and lunchroom support.

Substitute Coach
The Substitute Coach is responsible for providing substitute coverage for our recess and out-of-school time programming for K-8th grade youth, expanding SEL knowledge school-wide, and being a proactive team member within their school environment.
